I recently found an article on ways to organize meetings that was pretty helpful to me. My company has pretty infrequent group meetings so none of us have much practice.The article gave some good tips on how to orgainze meetings and things you can do to keep everyone informed. There were suggestions like recording a meeting (audio or video) or taking pics of people that attended.
