Pyramid technologies has come up with a cool new system for time clocks. These systems are fitted with ethernet capabilities so employees will not need to have paper time cards. They will work with a credit card type thing where you swipe your card or they might be programmed so employees can enter an id number.
The advantage to this system is that data may be transferred directly to a computer with the payroll software so there is no more adding up hours and figuring in vacation time. The downside to this is that one model requires you to program fingerprints into the system.
