I have a problem. I cannot seem to keep hold of pens for the life of me. Maybe I am just too nice because everytime I lend out a pen to someone, I never get it back. Lucky for me, I found a solution.

I know of people in my workplace that just take things from the office. I am in charge of inventory so I see first hand the impact that the missing supplies have on the company. Last year, I figured out that most people would steal things like pens and pencils or even paper and file folders. But I also noticed that a couple of the company cell phones had gone missing. They were tracphones, so we had no way to trace them.
