according to Savills, Grade A office rent is going to fall

By about twenty to twenty five percent, it is expected that in Singapore, Grade A office rents are going to fall. This is a major number, and it is happening in perfect time as well.

This is as it had been made clear that due to the recession, many huge business shall crumble, and a lot of small businesses shall flourish.

Still, when we think about firms that are able to expand, these vacancies would open up a world of opportunities for quite an array of business professionals.
