Welcome New Employees

I recently read an article about welcoming new employees into the workplace. It talked about giving them maps of the facility and exact job tasks. This type of protocol would have been nice when I entered my research lab for school. It was pretty unorganized and no one knew their exact tasks.

So, if anyone out there needs to know how to welcome a newcomer into a work environment visit How do I give a new employee a warm welcome?

Remember, one of the most important ways to welcome a coworker is with a generous supply of office supplies!
