It never really made sense to me to steal from the person or company that was giving me my paycheck. Some people do just that though. They cheat and lie and steal. It really is disgusting.
They may just be taking something as simple as office supplies but it can really be detrimental to a company. It doesn't do anyone any good especially if the person gets caught.
