Amazon.com moves to office supplies

I always thought that Amazon.com would only ever be a book store. I guess not. They have announced that they will be opening an office supply branch of the company. They will offer brands such as PaperMate, Hammermill, Midland Paper, Sharpie and more. For more info visit, Amazon.com launches new Office Supplies Store.

They expect to be just as competitive as other office supply companies. I think that it may take a while for this to catch on though. I am sure that other people will not realize that they are selling office supplies if there is no advertisement since amazon is mostly known for its books.
